	The prices below represent the amount of work Graham puts into each garden design. 'So many things can go wrong between inception and the final plant being planted so I like to be involved throughout the whole garden design process and this can take time. It would be very easy to produce a design and just walk away'. No travelling expenses (under reasonable circumstances) are charged but all fees incur VAT at 17.5%. Initial Consultation and Site Visit Fee waived if a Garden Design Plan and Planting Plan is requested during visit. £50 per hour (Graham will help with all aspects of gardens and gardening during the visit so be prepared with questions and problems). Garden Design Plan includes:   - site visit to determine requirements   - site survey   - design plan (to scale)   - folder (useful data for implementing design)   - contractor's folder (includes hardworks detailing)   - final visit to present plan and discuss implementation Prices: Gardens up to 200 square metres £495   201 to 400 square metres £595   401 to 600 square metres £675   601 to 800 sq. metres £765    each additional 500 square metres £150 Combined Garden Design and Planting Plan As above but also includes:   - comprehensive planting scheme   - list of plants for nursery   - full month by month maintenance instructions for new and existing plants Prices: Gardens up to 200 square metres £695   201 to 400 square metres £795   401 to 600 square metres £895   601 to 800 sq. metres £995    each additional 500 square metres £200 V.A.T, Printing, photography and soil tests are not included.
